I give the cover a vg++ to close mint minus, there is a punch hole on the top right of the cover. The lp looks super clean and sounds great. I give the lp a solid mint minus to a close mint. I play grade my records with headphones on. Photos are of the actual item up for bid. Great lp too. In great shape for 40 years old I might add. Kind of scary it goes back 40 years ago
