SUN RECORDS # 221 The first two sides ever recorded by Johnny Cash, in 1955. The 78 we are offering here is an original Memphis Sun pressing. Comes in a plain 78 paper sleeve. CONDITION: This 78 is in considerably better condition than many of the ones we run across. It still retains some of its original glossy luster and is relatively clean. The surface shows moderate light marking and scuffing. There is one small needle scratch on Side B which can just barely be felt on the grooves. There is also one very small edge rub on Side A, which is nowhere near the beginning grooves. We are grading this 78 VG+.
