Thank you for looking at one of my 78s. The Record 1957 Uk HMV 78rpm 10inch single POP361: Luck's in love with you - Her Grace The Duchess Of Bedford / I'm in love - Mrs Gerald Legge. In its original company paper sleeve. Condition - please see below my gradings for 78s. All records are played through before I place them on eBay to ensure there are no jumps, sticking etc. Very nice clean disc; good strong sound, EX+. No cracks, edge chips or spindle hole damage. Postage and packaging costs: This is a shellac 78rpm record and is easily broken in transit, therefore suitable packaging is essential. I am able to provided strong rigid packaging which, to date, had not let me down. UK £4.25 (first class mail) Europe * £8.25 (Air Small Packet) Rest of World £13.50 (Air Small Packet) (Surface mail £8.00). * as defined by Royal Mail, the carrier I use. Favourable adjustment to the combined postage cost for multiple items. Recorded / "Signed For" delivery at additional cost. Insurance/compensation for damage or loss is not covered beyond any that might be offered by Royal Mail. I always obtain a Certificate of Posting and would be happy to assist in making a claim for loss or damage should the need arise. Payment PayPal available I also able to accept UK cheques and UK Postal Orders. Thank you for viewing this auction, please have a look at my other items. CONDITION GRADING. For vinyl records I use Record Collector grading with +/- to give some fine tuning. I feel that grading scale does not sit comfortably for 78s therefore I use the following:- Mint - The record is as new - in the condition when purchased new from the record shop. My main area of record collecting is the 1950/60s and I do not believe many "pop" records (if any) from that period are in mint condition. Back then we bought records to play and play them we did!! You will find I rarely use "mint" or "near mint" - how near is near!! Excellent (EX) - clean black surface with no or little groove wear. Possibly a small amount of light surface marking but not deep scratches. There may be some shadowing (pencilling) in the shellac which is one of the inherent features of this material. The labels are clean and unmarked. Very Good (VG) - the record is listenable but some groove wear as evidenced by a dullish black surface, some light scratches and possibly a little light damage. Labels may be lightly marked. Good - playable with much surface noise - the record has seen considerable play/wear - greying surface, scratching and possible damage. Labels may be damaged.
