Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.VG+ Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
