Cover is hand-signed by Fox on the front "Tina, Happy days and nights, love and kisses, Bill "the Fox", PS Keep the windows open when playing this record." He also drew a caption out of his photo which reads "What hobbies do you have". Fox was the MC on the first season on Comedy Central's "The Man Show," which propelled Jimmy Kimmel to stardom.
